No Refunds for Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds or returns if you change your mind, decide you no longer want the product, or find a similar item elsewhere. Once your order is placed, it is considered final.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at hugglerobe@outlook.com. To help us resolve the issue quickly, include your order number, photos of the damage, and a short description of the problem. We will review your claim and provide a replacement if eligible.
Order Cancellations
Because orders are processed quickly, we cannot guarantee cancellations once your order has been placed. If you need to make changes, reach out immediately at hugglerobe@outlook.com and we'll do our best to assist if your order has not yet shipped.
Responsibility of the Buyer
Please ensure that your shipping address and order details are correct at checkout. We cannot provide refunds or replacements for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
